Meet the Team

President

Tom Puletti

Tom joined ProTech in October of 2013.  He has over 25 years of experience in the recruiting, payroll, and design services industry.  Tom is the current acting President of ProTech.  The firm specializes in contract, contract to hire, and direct recruiting.  They also provide third party recruiting and outsource design services for their customers across multiple states.

​

He currently service on the city’s economic board and is an active member several human resource associations.  

Tom is a proud Alumnus of Walsh Jesuit High School and the University of Dayton.

Recruiting Director

Jamie Sweeney

Since joining ProTech in 2014, Jamie has held multiple roles across the business, starting her career in recruiting and talent management, then shifting into a leadership role.  She is leading our recruiting team in assisting our customers identify and secure top talent. 

 

Jamie received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron and is a proud mother of two children.
